Your life looks good on paper and something still feels off. You've done well by most measures but you can't shake the sense that you're operating on someone else's script. You keep ending up in the same situation with different people, different jobs, different years. You've tried thinking your way out of it and the thinking loops back to the same place.

You're in crisis. If you're dealing with acute mental health issues or active addiction, please work with a therapist or counsellor. I'm not one.

Single session

One conversation. One pattern named.

60 minutes, video or in person. You talk about what's going on. I listen for the thread running underneath it. By the end you'll have a name for the thing that's been driving your decisions without you seeing it.

This is where most people start.

Three sessions

Find the pattern, then pressure-test it against your actual life.

First session identifies the pattern. The second and third apply it to specific situations you're dealing with right now. A decision you've been sitting on, a business you can't start, whatever is live.

Includes session notes after each call. Spread over six weeks.

Monthly retainer

€2,500/month

For when the pattern shows up faster than once every two weeks.

Two scheduled sessions per month. Unlimited async access between them. When you notice the pattern firing in real life, you send me a voice note or message and I tell you what I see. No waiting for the next session.
